Terms of Service

Last updated 16 August 2026

These terms apply when you use MusicMagic. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

You need an account to generate or distribute music, you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you are responsible for what happens under your login. One person, one account.

Plans, codes and payment

  • Monthly plans include a set number of track renders and distribution credits, which reset each calendar month and do not roll over.
  • Lifetime deals bought through a reseller include a fixed total of renders that never resets, and distribution at no extra charge. They do not expire.
  • A redemption code may be used once, on one account, and cannot be resold or transferred.
  • Where you bought through a reseller, that purchase — including refunds — is governed by their terms, not ours.

What you may create

You agree not to use MusicMagic to produce or distribute:

  • music that infringes someone else's copyright, or lyrics you do not have the right to use;
  • tracks that imitate a real artist's voice or identity in a way that misleads listeners;
  • content that is hateful, harassing, or unlawful where it is published.

You are responsible for the lyrics and prompts you submit. If a release is challenged by a rights holder, we may remove it.

Distribution

Submitting a release is a request, not a guarantee. We review every release and may decline one that breaks these terms or a store's own rules, and the stores themselves may refuse or remove a release for their own reasons. Delivery timelines are set by the stores, not by us.

Availability

The service depends on third-party AI providers and can be interrupted or degraded by them. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and a failed render is not charged against your allowance.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using MusicMagic and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and where the breach is serious we may do so without notice.

Liability

MusicMagic is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or lost recordings, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
