Privacy Policy

This policy covers what MusicMagic collects when you use the service, why we hold it, and who processes it on our behalf.

What we collect

• Account details. Your name and email address. If you sign up with a password we store a hash of it, never the password itself. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
• What you create. The lyrics and prompts you submit, the tracks rendered from them, and the cover art generated for a release.
• Your plan and usage. Which plan you hold, how many tracks you have rendered, and distribution credits spent.
• Release details. The title, artist name, genre and release date you submit for distribution.

We do not collect payment card details. Where a plan is bought through a reseller, that purchase happens on their systems, not ours.

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts the site and stores your account, library and releases.
• Our AI providers receive the lyrics and prompts you submit in order to render audio, text and cover art. Do not put anything confidential into a prompt.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with it.
• Distribution partners and stores receive the release details and audio for any track you submit for distribution.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your tracks to advertise.

How long we keep it

Your account and library stay until you delete them. Deleting a track removes its audio. Releases already delivered to stores cannot be recalled by deleting the track here — contact the stores or us for a takedown.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Email support@musicmagic.pro and we will action it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and update the date above.
